Single Leaves

We are pleased to be able to offer single illuminated facsimile leaves from our editions of some of the most important and beautiful Hebrew illuminated manuscripts including the Kennicott Bible, the Rothschild Miscellany and the Barcelona Haggadah.

In order to take account of the inevitable waste and damage that occurs during the printing, cutting, gilding, aging and binding phases of the production of a limited edition, we have to print slightly more than is required in order to complete the edition. As a result, once completed, a limited number of illuminated facsimile leaves become surplus and we use them as samples of our work.

These leaves are limited in number, hand gilt and identical in quality to those used in the facsimile, being, as they are, from the same run. They are extremely popular as original and meaningful gifts for many different occasions. If the gift is intended for a wedding, we will endeavour to find the most appropriate illuminated leaf for you to frame.

Leaves are sold unmounted and priced from $85 each plus post and packing.

VAT is charged on UK and EU orders. EU orders quoting a valid VAT number are exempt.
